December daily...

Telegram Simplified

As per intro, I'm going to list some data I googled off the internet about the old timer social media app; Telegram.

Otherwise known as Telegram Messenger, it is a globally accessible freemium, cross-platform, encrypted, cloud based, and centralized instant messaging service.
Founded in 2013 by Nikolai and Pavel Durov, the latter currently serving as CEO, this software is available in 22 languages.
Tgram (which is what I call it) boasts of over 500 million monthly active users.

And there you have it, facts mixed with my thoughts. Let's move to "my thoughts" shall we?

Tgram comes pretty handy for business owners, SM handlers and promoters, Organizations or general community. Here's why;

It is free; While non-personal accounts require a subscription to be verified, Tgram is free to all. It's basic user interface also makes it easy to use.

Data security. Uses end-to-end encryption in conversations so your data cannot be leaked.

Bots; these are programmable to respond automatically, filter through comments, verify using Captha, enable payment gateways, etc...

Create your own sticker collections. Fun fact: folks are paid for this digital skill.

Make Conference calls. Tgram combines zoom and Clubhouse features to give some good experience in video and voice calls. Allowing anyone anywhere to connect.

Find your community. By turning on GPS, you can find groups and people that share similar interests based on location.

Cloud Storage. You don't have to worry about your files taking up too much space, or having to back them up on some disk. Files are accessible even if you loose your device.

Channels. I love this feature. People who subscribe to a channel at anytime can have access to files/info dated far back as when the channel was created. It's always there.

Anonymous Direct Messaging. Unlike WhatsApp where you need to exchange phone numbers to contact people, Tgram allows direct messaging without access to phone line or any other "personal info" [just need to share a group in common].

So you have a social app that can allow 200000 members in one group, unlimited subscribers to a channel, unlimited storage capacity, allows file exchange for up to 2gb per file, broadcast message and conference calls, automated messaging and payment solution, and can be monetized by even the "little things" as stickers.

There’s no one-size-fits-all social app, you just need that which can meet all your business or organization’s need [the most]. And in my opinion, Tgram offers most solutions to modern day social media needs. Plus they evolve like technology should.
